What Is a Toner for Face

Questions and AnswersHow to use toner on face?Well, i know the order is usually cleanser, toner, then moisturizer. When applying the toner, do i blot my face after i'm done and then put on moisturizer or do i just leave the toner on for a while and then moisturizer?
